MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
As a condition of Membership, Members are required to make best efforts to obey all local, state and federal laws, and regulations. Failure to do so in the sole opinion of into cash golfing, LLC. renders all Member Benefits void. Into cash golfing, LLC, reserves the exclusive right to cancel any Membership no refund unearned Membership Dues if it has reason to believe an applicant or member provided false information in any portion of the Application for Membership. Into cash golfing, LLC, reserves the right to cancel that Member’s Membership no refund of any prorated Membership fee ever NO REFUNDS. Any cancellation of a Membership shall relieve Into cash golfing, LLC, of any and all obligations to provide Membership services to said Member. Into cash golfing, LLC, shall make its best efforts to provide the Membership services described on this website, however, Into cash golfing, LLC, its employees, and or agents make no warrant, representation, or guarantee that services provided by Into cash golfing, LLC, are guaranteed or shall produce the desired results.
Into cash golfing, LLC Members can cancel a membership by logging onto their profile and request to cancel. Memberships will be cancelled immediately. In order to not be charged the next month fees, Members must cancel before their recurring billing date approaches. Also, membership can and will cancel for non-payment by Into cash golfing, LLC and can be reactivated by simply changing payment method.
Into cash golfing, LLC assumes no responsibility and gives no refunds for listings that are not fulfilled with a matching member also member understands that not all listings will not be filled, and some listings will fall of said list at expiration date set by member once date comes to pass.

Each member also agrees to a ranking system and understands and agrees they will be ranked by other members which can result in cancelation of membership. by Into cash golfing, LLC. The ranking system is used so all members can see the ranking and compatibility to each member and themselves so they can make a good selection or match of skill levels.
RANKINGS ARE IN PLACE TO KEEP MEMBERS HONEST WITH EACH OTHER AND INTO CASH GOLFING, LLC. THIS RANKING SYSTEM WILL HAVE AN EFFECT ON YOUR OVERALL RANKING.
